It’s a charity shop whose vision is to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ by changing life”

We hope that today event will create more awareness of the impact of Its New To Me Charity Shop, to the community and also inspires us to do more in demonstrating the love of God to others.

The charity shop sells new and fairly used clothes, household items in over 3 shops located across Lagos State - Victoria Island, Akoka-Yaba, Ikorodu to impact the lives of people regardless of the religion or ethnicity, which is achieved by retailing donated items given by friends, families and church members to generate funds for charity works at subsidies rates.

Over the years, the testimony that comes from the store over the past 10years, for instance, we once sold a car for N10,000 and other success stories where widows, mothers come around to pick their children back to school items; brides that have come in here to shop for their wedding. We have sold wedding gowns for as low as 2,500.

One of such beneficiaries, Mrs. Chinwe, It New To Me Charity Shop has been helpful to me and my family because most of what we got from there are very cheap and it has been a blessing to me and many people.

Another beneficiary, Madam Chinelu, said the charity shop has being blessing to her and friends because they pick thing from the shop at very low prices.

In his remarks, Pastor Idowu Iluyomade who heads the CSR unit of the RCCG Worldwide and also Special Assistant to the G.O on CSR matters said “is beyond giving cloths and thing like that as we were not the original Jews, we were all adopted  but God grabbed us and made us new, so all of us are It New To Me, so by the time you wearing or using products from the shop, it's original on you”.

He  further said, “I was  naked, you didn’t clothe me; I was a stranger you did bring me in are some of the questions Jesus will ask us when we gets to heaven, so His Love Foundation is  giving attention to details and from the testimony coming from the store's little thing matters.

He later appreciates the donors for allowing the grace to give to operate in their life’s as its more blessed to give than to receive.
